About the role

We're looking for reliable and careful individuals to join our poultry vaccination teams. This role involves vaccinating flocks to strict welfare and biosecurity standards — it's skilled, responsible work that plays a vital role in keeping birds healthy.

You'll be working safely within the strict guidelines of the RSPCA and Red Tractor Assurance Schemes, with full training provided from day one.

Based out of our Telford, Shropshire hub, some overnight stays will be required for distant sites — transport and hotel accommodation are fully provided by us.

What you'll be doing

• Vaccinating poultry flocks accurately and humanely using approved techniques
• Working as part of a trained team across farms locally and nationwide
• Following strict biosecurity and welfare protocols at all times
• Maintaining accurate records of vaccination programmes
• Working flexible and sometimes irregular shift patterns including early starts
